My name is Dr. Ursuline Bankhead and I'm a psychologist who was proudly born and raised in Buffalo.
The Central Terminal is not only part of Buffalo’s history, but my own family history as well. My great grandfather, great-great grandfather and several uncles were porters and waiters for the railroad. Besides that, the Central Terminal was the hub for many relatives coming in and out of the South during the Great Migration and from cities like Chicago and New York City.
I can’t wait to see it as an active part of the community again!
