On the corner of Cuba Street and Panama Street, the former site of building 102 should now be in view. Constructed in 1929, it operated as the clubhouse for the original golf course, which was located in the area behind Building 102 and had been in operation since 1922. The golf course was one of the first for the Department of Defense and ranked as one of the best in the Southeast. In 1941, an extensive renovation to the building tripled its square footage. In 1947, a new golf course was opened at the southern tip of the island and in 1950 Building 102 was converted into a residential duplex for married non-commissioned officers. In 1959, it became a teen center for base dependents. In 2019, the building was demolished.
Continue driving on Panama Street and take a left at the four-way stop onto Santo Domingo Street.
