Glycee print of original painting on canvas,
Bill lived on Spring Street in Sausalito from 1959 until 1965. He commuted to S.F. to his day job as an architect and painted at night. Fellow artists, Al Garvey, Michael Bry, and Tim Rose, along with Bill, produced the 1966 and 1967 Sausalito Art Festivals next to the Bank of America. Later Bill moved to the waterfront, built a live/workspace and was a neighbor of acclaimed collagist, Jean Varda. Bill met wife, Felicity, on a four-day sail aboard Varda's last sailboat, the Cythera.
Donated to the Sausalito Foundation by the artist, 2017.
