Duricek’s Automotive and Marine
Our next stop is 700 Dixie Highway, home of Duricek’s Automotive and Marine.
Duricek’s has an impressive distinction.
It is Rossford’s longest-standing family-owned business.
Charles Duricek founded Duricek Shell in 1952, selling gasoline and repairing vehicles himself.
In 1982, his sons, Chuck and Mike, took over the business, which had become a SOHIO service station.
Then, in 1993, the business stopped selling gasoline and became independently owned Duricek Automotive and Marine.
Today, Charles’s grandsons, Nick and Nate Duricek, operate the business.
That means the Duricek family name has been part of Rossford for generations—and it’s still here today.
