Bruce Zander - "Faces (Spain)"

Hello, my name is Bruce Zander.  The image entitled “Faces” is an intaglio print which has been printed from an etched metal plate.  The print started as a photograph I took while in the town of Calahorra in northern Spain.  The photograph was transferred to the etched plate in preparation for printing.  The final print was hand painted using gouache paints.  This print conveys the thought that art can be found in unexpected places…including a fence that surrounds an apartment complex.
