This Tyler Trucking vehicle is a Wichita Truck made in Wichita Falls, Texas. They provided heavy-duty, off-road vehicles, such as tankers, for the oil industry and also a successful line of trucks built for the logging industry. Known for their strength and durability, Wichita trucks were great for transporting oilfield equipment to and from the well sites. Unfortunately, they went out of business in 1932, just as the boom was picking up steam in East Texas.
