The Yellow Room was originally a spare bedroom in the Gilded Age. It is currently set up as a nursery, although there would not have been a nursery on the second floor. Any smaller children who were not considered of age would be taken care of on the third floor by servants and/or nannies. Because our third floor is not restored yet, we have the nursery on display here.
The window seat is original architecture to the Morgans, as well as the fireplace. The floor is partially original with some restored sections visible.
