Nineties and Early 2000’s

In 2006, the Sorg was purchased by the owners of Road Apple Music, which had established their offices in the building the year before. In addition to using the commercial space for their business, Road Apple Music staged a number of productions for several years, including talent shows and professional wrestling matches. In January of 2010, a water main break severely damaged the theater, and in 2011 the building was acquired by Bayview Loan Services LLC. Although a local non-profit expressed interest in acquiring the building, it sat vacant for several years and suffered from roof leaks and break-ins.
