Health Care Center and Rehab

The Masonic Health Care Center opened its doors in 1983. This building was originally an 84-bed skilled nursing facility.

In 2010 Hickory Suites Rehabilitation Facility opens. At 13,000 square feet, it features 14 private suites for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.

In March 2021, renovations begin on the majority of the Masonic Center for Health and Rehab (MCHR). With the renovation complete, the Health Care Center provides 36 long-term care private rooms with private bathrooms, in addition to our short-term rehab unit, Hickory Suites (HS).

This resize from the original capacity of 70 rooms provides enough space to incorporate more intimate dining and living spaces that help ensure we provide the very best safe, person-centered, and dignified care for years to come.
