The infirmary or hospital was built in 1924 and had 28 beds. It served residents until 1982 when the Masonic Health Care center opened.
In 1931 there were over 100 residents at the Home with the Hospital near capacity. By 1934 the cost per resident at the Home was $9.92 per week and the Home was incorporated as a charitable organization. The new name would be 'Wisconsin Masonic Home Incorporated'.
By 1963, for the first time, the budget of the Home exceeded $300,000. An ambulance was purchased to transport patients to local hospitals, and surgery was no longer performed at the infirmary.
Lastly, in 1983 the old hospital is remodeled into office space and the Grand Lodge moved their offices from Milwaukee to the Home.
