Welcome to my house. Nearly three years ago, I left the city behind, seeking a deeper connection to the land and nature. The move was a conscious choice, an escape from the bustle to create a space where I could find peace and clarity. In this piece, you'll find my little cabin slash hive.
nestled in the heart of the mountains. This outpost is more than just a home. It's a sanctuary where I invite friends to unplug and reconnect with the world around them, as well as a place for my own solitude and reflection.
Color plays a significant role in my storytelling, and in this painting, I'm particularly exploring the dynamic tension between red and turquoise. If you look closely, you'll notice a subtle but distinct tension between these two colors. My eye detects a black line between them, though no actual black paint has been applied. It's an optical illusion that creates a striking, beautiful contrast.
a reminder of the delicate balance and harmony that exists in both nature and our experiences.
