Devil's Tower Quest

Devil's Tower Quest. In 2023, I set out on a journey through Oregon and Utah, planning to return home through Yellowstone and finally revisit Devil's Tower in Wyoming. However, life had other plans.

When my mom's health took a turn for the worst, I changed course to Grand Junction and never made it to my intended destination. Ever since childhood, I've been captivated by close encounters of the third kind and the mystery of alien life. I visited Devil's Tower as a kid, but I've long dreamed of returning to experience it again with fresh eyes.

Though I have yet to complete that journey, this painting captures my continued fascination and the feeling of an unfinished quest still calling me back.
