Elf Self

Elf Self. This painting is all about mischief and fun. It was the spark that ignited this entire show. My characters have a way of revisiting my work, weaving themselves into different environments over time. Elf Self was a return to that playful, spontaneous energy, a chance to break free from artistic ruts and rediscover the joy of uninhibited creation.

With this piece, I intentionally channeled the carefree brushstrokes of my younger self, embracing movement, intensity, and the raw excitement of the creative process. It's a celebration of artistic freedom, a reminder to let go and trust in the magic of making.
