The Harrison-Bruff House (200 Cherry Street)

Next, on the right this two-story brick dwelling on the corner was built in 1799 and expanded in 1872, which is when the double porch was probably added. Shortly after, it became the home of Thomas Auld, the former enslaver of Frederick Douglass. Douglass visited the old man at this site, just a block up the street from where he had been taking food as a teenager.
