Lockhart

James Lockhart became a resident of Angelica in 1828.  As a merchant he felt it was convenient to build his house next door. Dr. Frank Warner lived here for many years with his dental office in the wing. Special features of the house include the safe that secured the gold for fillings, remains in the house as well as the large glass front door which is actually a sliding pocket door! Although mainly a residence for most of its life, it has housed a hair salon and more recently a restaurant and music venue.
