16 - Betsey's Pond

Betsey's Pond is a place I return to again and again. Invariably I'll be greeted by some sort of waterfowl - ducks, geese. herons, egrets - as well as hawks, falcons and eagles. I painted this oil to capture the glow of the sun reflected on the calm water. Several Mallard ducks were gliding over the pond in the lower left.
