Proposed Project Location:

Inside a King Soopers Thornton, CO

 

Concept:

We wanted to illustrate the many highlights of Thornton–everything from its history as farmland to its current network of open space and trails. We were trying to convey the vibrant patchwork that makes up the community of the city

 

"I Regret to Inform You..." Artist Response:

It wasn’t a huge job in terms of scale or budget so we weren’t crushed that we didn’t get it. You just keep moving forward and find other opportunities.

 

Additional Thoughts:

We haven’t been up to that King Soopers to see the artwork that made the cut, but it’s always interesting to see what the final work looks like.
