'Standing stones ' by Nic Parnell

In a world not too dissimilar to ours, could a civilisation have errected these stones and if so, why? Was it to honour the power that lies within them? How did they harness this  energy and what magic does it hold? Could such an untold energy source replace our fossil fules or better more, can it sooth our souls? Can we perhaps learn about our future by reimagining the present?
