Chip and Joanna's Last House

Located at 3434 Chateau Ave, Waco, TX 76710

Joanna refers to this house in her book, "The Magnolia Story."  She's called it, "the tudor" or her dreamhouse.  It was the last house they owned before they moved to Magnolia Farms.

It was also the house, that made Joanna Gaines the angriest she's ever been at Chip.  They needed money for the original Magnolia store so Chip, in his infinite wisdom, walked out that front door one day, and... sold this house without telling Joanna Gaines.  OUCH!

Well, who could blame him. His gamble paid off and a few years later they would have a hit TV show.  And after appearing on HGTV, Chip came back and he bought this house and gave it to Joanna as a present.

Today, the famous couple, rents this house out.
