The Pilot House

This was the house from the very first episode of the show Fixer Upper, the pilot episode.  Just look at the shingles on the roof!  Who does that?

This was before season one, episode one which is the Gorman House.

In this episode, Chip surprised Jo with an interesting Mother's Day present: a dilapidated houseboat! "Ta-da! This is where we’re going to live for a couple of months," Chips said. Jo, not sure if he was being serious or not, just asked, "Baby, really, is this a joke?"

The house is no longer owned by the original owners.  It is not a bed and breakfast as this area, Castle Heights, has rules against AIRBNB rentals.
