McElwee Forum (Ground Floor)

Welcome to the McElwee Forum, a bold and distinctive gathering space. Surrounded by deep red walls, the room creates a dramatic backdrop for learning and exchange. Rows of finely crafted wooden tables add warmth and character, while two massive projectors at the front make the forum ideal for lectures, presentations, and group discussions.

Unlike traditional classrooms, this space feels both intimate and impressive—encouraging focus while still inspiring big ideas.

Made possible through the generosity of James McElwee ’74 P’12—CMC alumnus, parent, and Trustee—and his wife, Suzanne McElwee P’12, the forum is a lasting gift that supports the next generation of collaborative learning at CMC.

For the next series of locations, make your way up to the second or third floors where you can see the labs, terraces, and faculty offices and conferences rooms.
