Hi, Welcome to the Fort Settlement Middle School Clinic. My name is Jennifer Setera and I am the nurse here on campus. Vicki Chang is the clinic assistant. This will be my 15th year as a Falcon and I am looking forward to a new school year! The school nurse serves in an important role that helps to bridge health care and the educational environment. The role of the school nurse is to assists students' physical, mental and social growth by providing a health services program that assesses, evaluates and improves the health of both students and staff.
With each new school year, parents and guardians are asked to review and update their student’s health issues (if any) including allergies, current and previous health conditions and current medications (including those taken at home). It is important that you keep the clinic updated with any changes throughout the school year.
Parents and students are always welcome in the clinic. If you have health-related questions, your student becomes ill or injured while at school, or needs to take their daily med, the nurse and clinic assistant is here to help. Please feel free to reach out to us via phone or email.
