Take the Glass Elevator to Penthouse Restaurant & Bar for Panoramic Ocean and City Views.

Turn right on Second Street off Wilshire Blvd. Walk one block to visit the penthouse restaurant bar at the Huntley Hotel at 1111 2nd St. You may wish to return here when you have more time and enjoy the sunset. 

Just a couple of blocks from the beach, this luxurious hotel offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding area.

Enter the Hotel from the 2nd Street front door and take a right in the lobby and enter the glass elevator that takes you to the Penthouse Bar and Restaurant. It is open to the public.

The glass elevator offers a panoramic view of the city and the ocean as you make your way up to the top floor. The glass elevator ride is an experience in itself. On clear days, you can even see all the way to Malibu and beyond.

The chic and sophisticated atmosphere of the restaurant bar greets you with plush seating, elegant lighting, and contemporary artwork. Take in the stunning scenery with a drink in hand, or Brunch or Dinner and enjoy the spectacular views of the Santa Monica Pier and the Pacific Ocean.

Exit the Huntley through the same door and turn right on 2nd street and walk to the end of the block turning left on California Street.

 Cross over Ocean Blvd and we are now in the middle of Palisades Park.
