Living Room

The wooden trunk has been in the Boyer family for 200 years. It was brought to the United States from Europe. The piano belonged to Dr. Boyer's first wife. Her father gave it to her for her 16th birthday. Ruby Boyer had a player piano and bought it from him years later to display in this museum. All the furniture in this room is original. but has been reupholstered, the drapes are also original. This room was a private sanctuary for the Boyers, a place to relax and entertain friends.
