It's not much to look at from the outside, but I'd hate not pointing out where this is. It is in the upper right-hand corner, all the way on the top floor.  Looking away from the Magnolia Silos.

Chip and Joanna created a distinctive mid mod-meets-urban-industrial vibe for this third story downtown loft. They developed the design for Catherine Ballas, co-founder of a nationally recognized fitness program with its headquarters in downtown Waco.

I love how open the space is. The open kitchen and living room are the heartbeat of the loft. The stainless steel island is amazing, and I can't get over how cool the automated shades are.
