The Lunar Lander

SEASON 5, EPISODE 1:

Right across the street from the Elvis House is what we like to call, The Moon Door House.  If you remember the episode, the door was original to the house... it was in the blueprints.  We know the couple at this house and, at the time, we didn't have the heart to tell them, that the door, was actually, an outhouse door!  

If you had a moon on your outhouse, it meant, it was for women only.  If you had a star on your outhouse, it meant, it was for men only.  So now, our friend Matt from the episode, can only go in through the back door.

All joking aside, this episode featured our favorite Waco couple, Matt and Samantha. They moved from Austin to the Waco area. As first-time homebuyers, they were looking for a house with a home office, a backyard for their two dogs, and just a space that overall reflected their fun personalities. This cottage-style home built in 1932 ended up being the perfect place for the two of them to settle here in Waco.

Many of the house in Season 5, were done for personal friend and family of Chip and Joanna.  Samantha works for Magnolia and is one of their up-and-coming star employees.
