Welcome to the MISSISSIPPI AQUARIUM, a 501c(3) non-profit organization and the local leader in coastal conservation, education, and community participation.  Please take a moment to listen to this brief introduction before your Aquarium adventure begins.

Throughout the tour, you will hear information about the aquatic and marine habitats we showcase, designed to make visual images more accessible. Our tour covers all of the Aquarium's habitats which are:  Crocodilian, Aquatic Wonders, home to invertebrates, sharks, and rays; and our one-of-a-kind 306-degree tunnel, River, North American river otter, dolphin, and aviary.

This self-guided tour is designed to follow the general traffic flow of visitors to the Aquarium. However, if you choose, feel free to move throughout the Aquarium in any order and at your own pace. As you walk through the Aquarium, you will find a scannable QR code at each exhibit. There is no app to download. Simply scan the QR code download and press play to learn about the animals in the exhibit.

While you are visiting the Aquarium, please stop by Pelican Pointe Café for lunch or a snack. The Café offers a variety of delicious entrees including our famous Shark Bite Burger and easy snacks like our homemade pretzels and Pop Brothers artisan pops.
