Estefania neighborhood

After the inauguration of the Lisbon-Sintra railway line, Sintra underwent important changes in its urban environment. The impossibility of the village itself to gain more ground to the mountain, led happily to the construction of a new neighbourhood, relatively distant and denominated of Estefania, in honour of Queen Estefania.

Right here, on your left, on Combatentes da Grande Guerra Avenue, there is a viewpoint where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the village of Sintra that will surely make your visit remarkable and unforgettable. It is a perfect spot to take amazing photos.
