Paul Cheng is an Oil Painters of America Signature Member, Art Gallery Painter, Award-Winning Artist, Sr. Illustrator in the Animation and Gaming field. He was born in Guangzhou, China and received his BFA degree from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art, one of the most prestigious fine arts schools in China. Having emigrated, Paul has lived in the United States over the last 27 years.

About Art Museum Talk, Cheng says, “I am a painter and naturally enjoy going to art museums very much. I am fascinated by everything there, including artworks, museum architectural design and interior decoration landscapes, all the activities of visitors, and the staff inside. Everything seems so beautiful and full of cultural atmosphere. A group of students are paying attention to the museum interpreter's explanation of the painting Night Patrol by the master painter Rembrandt.”
