6 Original Hintz/Ferguson Cemetery

As you continue you will notice a special curbing about 8 or 10 inches high and covering an area about the size of a large house. This is the Hintz/Ferguson Cemetery which was deeded separately before the cemetery association was formed, and therefore constitutes a second cemetery of sorts. The Hintz brothers loved their mother very dearly, and upon her death erected a spire with a beautiful verse at the base. It is now difficult to read, but if a person takes the time it can be deciphered. “A light has from our household gone. A voice we love is stilled.
