In the Neighborhood

As one drives down Main Street and along route 1A, there may not be much to see in Wenham besides the twists and turns of the road. But what happens when you look a little further, and peak behind the curtain? Where you can discover the ice industry in Wenham, the Claflin-Richards house from the colonial Era, or perhaps the railway and various shops in town as well? There is much to learn about this town, so as you walk through, get ready to look behind that curtain and into the neighborhood.

This tour was created by the Wenham Museum who are located at 132 Main Street. The Wenham Museum is a donor and visitor-supported nonprofit institution that is not supported by tax revenue from Wenham.  Please consider supporting this tour by clicking the "Donate" buttom above.

There is no right or wrong palce to begin the tour, and you don't have to do it all at once! Simply scan the QR codes as you see them along Main Street, and enjoy.
