Architectural Walking Tour: Historic Downtown Neighbors

Welcome to this COVID-friendly alternative to our popular guided walking tour! As you walk along the route, remember to take pictures and post them to Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #AIAHonoluluWT21 for a chance to win a prize! Winners will be selected at random at the end of the month. No purchase necessary to enter.

This tour is brought to you by the Honolulu Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

In non-pandemic times, this tour is offered in person twice a month year-round. Our in-person tours start from the AIA Center for Architecture, which is located in the historic Fort Street Mall business district in downtown Honolulu. This creative space presents an exciting opportunity for AIA member architects to connect and engage in dialogue with professional colleagues, industry partners, elected officials and the general public—to further our shared appreciation and understanding of how design affects our lives every day.

AIA Honolulu strives to meet the needs of its members and shape our communities through good design. We view thoughtful planning and collaborative leadership to be critical to our shared successes.
