Lives changed: Dorcas

Once facing daily challenges to feed her five children, Dorcas learned soapmaking with AfriKids and turned it into a thriving business. Today, she can provide for her family, has bought her children shoes for school, and employs six other mothers — transforming lives in her community. Her soap is in such demand that she sometimes has to turn away orders.
