The Chapel and Meditation Circle

Continue north on the path to the top of the hill, where the six-sided chapel sits in the geographical center and highest point of the property. This a quiet place. Take in the spectacular view over the Annapolis valley from the front porch. Our original chapel was in the loft of the old redwood barn, above the cows' stalls. This "new" chapel was built in 1990 from a Yurt kit. We simply added windows. The chapel door is kept locked to prevent the wind from blowing it open, but turn the key and please come in to rest your feet and your spirit.

Behind the chapel is a small clearing ringed with benches which we often use for meditation and spiritual gatherings. It is also where several of our nearest and dearest are buried.
