Leek Road Halls

This is Royal Doulton, an example of our shared standard halls. These halls are Wedgwood, Spode, Royal Doulton, Coalport, and Aynsley.

Each flat is shared between 10 - 14 residents, with a large double sized kitchen and social space. Social space includes 2 sofas, coffee table, and a wide screen television. The kitchen comes equipped with 2 modern hobs and ovens, a microwave, instant hot water boiler, and 3 fridge freezers. Each occupant is assigned their own lockable cupboard space for kitchen storage needs.

The bathrooms are shared with 3 lockable toilet cubicles and 3 seperate lockable shower cubicles.

The standard halls are priced at £110 per week ,which totals £4290 for the full 39 week contract.
