Leaving EMW from the back door, you will notice a Break Glass Alarm  on your left, next to the fire doors.

Walking back to the main department  you will pass a Fire HOSE on your Left and a Fire Extinguisher on your Right.

Break Glass Alarm and red phone before the fire doors. The red phone is for the area wardens to use for communication when evacuation is in place.

Walking through the fire door, you pass a glass sliding door, and another glass door (both glass doors are not fire or smoke doors).

The family rooms have 2 duress alarms in each family room, located next to the doors.

Walking into the clerical office, you will find a Carbon Monoxide Fire Extinguisher at the door entry point on the Right. This is where the evacuation map and emergency procedures box are located. They  have 3 duress alarms under the main 3 computer desk areas and 1 in the store room, near the exit door.

Walking back to APL desk you will pass the last fire extinguisher on your Left, next to the waiting room doors. It is, as you have guessed, a carbon monoxide extinguisher.

Walking past the command centre, please note they do not have any fire extinguishers or fixed duress alarms, they do have a mobile duress alarm.

The pan rooom does not have a duress alarm of fire extinguisher.

Now walk to the medication room. There is 1 duress alarm located under the pharmacist computer.

Please take a selfie with a sign with FIREWALK title, todays date and time on it - then send a copy to the Staff Development Nurse or appropriate line manger mentioned earlier, so we know you have completed the fire walk.
