GINDS ("OVERTHERE")

This artwork's, by Jeroen bisscheroux, purpose is sound, more specific about hearing the sound from the other side of the river. City borders are set, and with that two areas are born: one within the city border and one outside the city border. When you stand in between the two massive cones you can hear what is being said 100 metres across, on the inside of the city border.
