Art, or homage, Part II. Henry Nelson's Inflight seems to provide a textbook definition of incongruity. There is nothing immediately aerodynamic in this sculpture. Then again, some say Inflight evokes a key element of the Maury Island Incident story - molten slag falling from the sky. And yes, we agree plummeting, molten slag from the sky might sink, let alone damage, a boat. We'd get off the water and hide in the cliffs, too.
