Father of Flight - Open Glider

This flight design draws inspiration from the motion of bird wings.
Leonardo da Vinci conducted pioneering studies on wings as gliders, exploring the principles of flight without the need for wing movement. His designs featured innovative concepts, allowing pilots to shift the centre of gravity by adjusting their body positions.
One glider involved the pilot standing at a designated point and controlling the flight through cords.
