Two Boys Dreaming

Indigenous peoples have ageless mythologies explaining geological land formations. Rivers are born from serpents, lost children transform into hills. Massacre sites run permanently red with ochre as reminders, warnings, blessings, tributes. We continue the tradition of explanations and place markings with our city streets, bridges and building names. Place names are important identifiers and say much about our cultures and what we value.
