Based on the unique hexagonal rock columns of the Hong Kong Geopark, various gaps and sea caves are drawn in squares of different sizes, and reconfigured into a 3D work about three meters square. The cracks on the hexagonal rock columns and the cracks on the grid create another stone feature.
Cracks represent faults, mistakes, or despair, yet just as the song by Leonard Cohen, “There is a crack, a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in.”
