Booth 4020: Island Stone & Tile

Island Stone & Tile was born from an unlikely beginning: a group of surfers in Bali who fell in love with the island's natural artistry and wondered how to bring that same grounded beauty into homes around the world. In 1998, they experimented on a veranda with pebbles, glue, and mesh - and created the world's first mesh-mounted pebble tile. What started as a bold idea became a category-defining innovation, and a company built on adventure, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way. For more than 25 years, we've continued to evolve beyond pebbles into ceramic, glass, porcelain, and stone - always guided by the same spirit of curiosity and quality. We're not here to be just another tile company. We're here to make exceptional surfaces, build real relationships, and be the easiest company to do business with - through straightforward pricing, reliable supply, and real people who show up with solutions.

TERRALOOM is a curated mosaic collection crafted in natural stone, designed to elevate interiors with contrast, character, and tactile elegance. Each pattern explores geometric form through distinct surface treatments, from honed to striated and brushed finishes, bringing timeless texture into a modern context. The interplay of depth, shadow, and refined craftsmanship allows each installation to feel both architectural and artful, creating surfaces that are as expressive as they are enduring. By combining multiple finishes within a single design, TERRALOOM introduces a richer, more dimensional way to experience stone-subtle, sophisticated, and unlike a standard flat mosaic.

"Quarry Line" is a refined stone field tile and mosaic collection defined by its uniquely sculpted edge detail. While the edge treatment carries a raw, hand-worked character, the process behind it is entirely modern - engineered to create depth, shadow, and dimension that feel intentional, architectural, and elevated. The result is a surface that moves beyond "rustic" or "rough" into something far more sophisticated: a tactile expression of stone that feels both grounded and innovative at the same time. Available in random-sized mosaics as well as 4x12 and 6x12 field tiles, Prime Cut is offered in four distinct natural stones ranging from marble to limestone. The palette is rooted in soft, earthy neutrals, complemented by a striking rose-red marble rich with natural clay and terracotta undertones. Each piece celebrates the inherent variation of the material while showcasing a forward-thinking edge profile that sets this collection apart as something entirely new in stone design.

Echo is a waterjet-cut stone collection that blends limestone and marble in tone-on-tone compositions to create patterns that feel layered yet never overwhelming. By using subtle shifts in color and material, each design achieves quiet movement and depth without overpowering the space. The result is a collection defined by restraint, refinement, and understated elegance - where the beauty lies in nuance rather than contrast.

Drawing inspiration from cultural motifs that span centuries and continents, Echo reinterprets historic patterns through a modern lens. Each layout is thoughtfully composed to enhance architectural flow and contribute to an emotional environment that feels balanced, timeless, and enduring - patterns that support design rather than compete with it.
