Welcome to The ICE House Showhome Experience, by Celebrity Designer Jennifer Farrell. In Partnership with Coverings ICE House: Interconnected Changeable Environments is a unique, multi-structure property offering a vision of the future for the residential build space, showing the marriage of high-end design with changeable spaces that evolve through time, to become a forever home. Sustainability, Adaptability, and Livability are the core tenets at I.C.E. House, with health and wellness supported throughout. Through the creative vision of Jennifer Farrell, audiences will get to experience a stunning ancient-meets-modern, self-sustaining, adaptable-space working home told in a sixty-year journey through time.  

The compound is formed by a collection of three stone farmhouses: Indy House, Center House, and Extension House.  The structures are connected by open-air covered breezeways, which can enclose with sliding glass walls to become connective rooms themselves. The flexible design of the property allows for individual home footprints to shrink and grow over time; the structures can combine or separate to function as one, two, or three homes, and residents of I.C.E. House can live in as little as 300 square feet, or as much as 5000.  An outdoor entertaining pavilion creates even more living space, enhancing the indoor-outdoor livability offered with acres of naturally irrigated land – perfect for outdoor yoga, meditation, and wellness retreats. Designed to be off-the-grid capable, I.C.E. House has two wells with water filtration systems, two septic systems, a water recapture system with underground storage tank, solar and wind power with battery wall, and a vegetable garden – surrounded by endless vineyard views and natural tranquility.  

In its journey through time, the ICE House spaces can evolve and change into a home gym, yoga studio, and wellness center. Products and surface materials throughout are chosen for their eco-friendly, sustainable home-health attributes. Set in the idyllic Bordeaux region in the South of France, the grand reveal culminates Fall 2026 at the showhome itself, as a Destination Design Experience for the global A+D Community, and for design enthusiasts around the world to discover ICE House - the home of 2030 and beyond.
