Thanks for taking this tour with me. I hope you will return often to CHEC-Out how the garden and its inhabitants change throughout the year. Be on the lookout for a Butterfly House coming to CHEC. It will be a screened in enclosure similar to the Tom Allen Memorial Butterfly House in Cape Coral. The picture shows the interior of the Butterfly House in Cape Coral where visitors can enjoy and learn about a half dozen or so native species with their host and nectar plants.
You can be a part of making this vision a reality with your tax deductable donation. You can help by:
1. making a direct donation to the Butterfly Fund,
2. taking a native host or nectar plant home for your own garden for a suggested donation of $5.
3. donate $50 for a plaque that will show you as a sponsor or
4. donate $100 and receive a flower or butterfly plaque with your name on it to paint yourself or have painted. These plaques will decorate the Butterfly House when it is finished.
