23 - Cuisine

 

Vous êtes maintenant dans la cuisine.

 

Les installations datent de 1938 et sont très moderne pour l’époque.

 

Un boiler, d’une capacité de 1000 litres d’eau chaude devait suffire pour la cuisine, le cartier sanitaire et la douche.

 

Sous vos pieds, se trouvent deux réservoirs totalisant une réserve de 125000 litres d’eau potable.

 

Les réservoirs sont alimentés par le réseau d’eau de Vallorbe.

 

Dans le local annexé, se trouvent la réserve pour le matériel de cuisine, les frigos ainsi que la pompe de distribution d’eau pour tout le fort.

 

 

Pour terminer la visite, déplacez-vous maintenant au poste de commandement.
