Stop b - Start of the Johnstons Creek

The naturalisation of Johnstons Creek is now under construction and will be finished shortly in November 2021. Tens of thousands of local native plants and as well as new trees are planted to ensure total canopy coverage. After the construction, this area will help to support a healthier eco-environment by increasing the areas of saltmarsh along Johnstons Creek to provide important habitats and feeding areas for native invertebrate, bird and fish species.
