Poetry

Maynard Dixon’s writing prowess was in full display with two books published in 1923. The Poems of Maynard Dixon, released by Grabhorn Press, is a compilation of poems and select drawings in a limited edition run of two hundred-fifty hand-bound books, each binding slightly different. Dixon’s edition featured his prominent trademark of a Thunderbird, drawn on the front in ink.
