If you have finished looking around the main ballroom, we would like you to go and see our commercial kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment. Two large Rational combination ovens are the main pieces of tech, along with two stockpot stoves, one deep fat fryer, two large walk in fridges, one large walk in freezer and a large capacity ice machine. Kitchen facilities are provided for reheating purposes within the standard hire charge, however, you do have the option for full on site cooking by paying the supplement as listed on your venue hire rates. Should you need to fry foods on the day, your caterer must provide electric table top fryers or additional charges may be applicable. You will be pleased to hear, that once again we have been awarded 5 Stars for our Scores on the Doors scheme. Plain white crockery, including plates, teacups, saucers, beaded stainless steel cutlery, wine glasses and water glasses are subject to hire charges if required. Any service ware or cookware is to be provided by your chosen caterers. Please refer to your guidance notes for further details.
