Regency Bar Facilities

You will have noticed whilst walking around the suite, two refreshment bars. You will have access to one of these during your event, normally being the smaller fronted one, which also has side access from the first-floor landing area. This is an empty bar with shelving and a bottle rack system, so if you provide optic measures, you can efficiently dispense your alcoholic drinks. We do not have beer pump facilities, so would recommend you provide cans or twist top bottled beers. We advise to keep white wines and beers in the refrigerator in the kitchen and all other drinks in the bar, as we do have a commercial ice machine providing a constant supply of ice throughout your hire. Please note that we do not provide ice buckets or jugs. Please note that should you be selling refreshments, you will be subject to a one off corkage charge as highlighted on your terms and conditions. All beverages and items that you are providing, must be brought into the venue on the morning of your event and taken away at the end of your event. Bar staff are to be arranged by the hirer.
