BMW offered its first electric scooter in 2014, but the C evolution was really only testing the waters for the CE 04 that arrived 2021. With a free-floating seat, the CE 04 has a striking appearance to match its performance: Zero to 30 mph takes just 2.6 seconds thanks to a 31 kW electric motor and the 60.6 amp-hour battery set into the floor. The CE 04’s electronics include ASC, DTC, ABS, and selectable performance modes.
